This is the presentation I gave at the MIFlip Conference on using Explore, Flip, Apply. I give examples from social studies, math, and science.

2013 ISACS Conference in St. Louis, MO

Here are the two presentations I gave at ISACS this year.

This was my first session about different models of the Flipped Classroom I have used, and how they worked in my social studies class.
This was my second session about using the Explore, Flip, Apply Model in the social studies classroom.

The School Year Presentations:

This year I am going to be focusing more on being a father than a world traveler! If you are out and about in St. Louis on November 7th or 8th, you will see me presenting at the annual ISACS Conference. Otherwise, I intend to be more of a learner this year than a presenter. Hopefully next year, I will hit the road again, but as of now, I only have one speaking engagement lined up.

Summer Presentations:

I am excited to say that this summer I will be presenting at two conferences. The first is FlipCon13 in Stillwater, MN.  I am teaming up with Ramsey Musallam and other educators to present about using Inquiry in our students learning.  Check out the website (http://www.flippedlearning.org/flipcon13) for more information. The conference is June 16-19.

The second conference of the summer is down in Evansville, IN at the EVSC eRevolution 2013 eLearning Conference. I will be presenting on Reversing Instruction using Inquiry. The date of that conference is July 10 and 11. There website is still in beta, but can be found here: http://icatsbeta.com/erevolution/

If are at any of the conferences, just stop by and introduce yourself. I enjoy meeting new people.
